Source: Orthodox Young Professionals GBI Welcome to OYP Con 2024, our inaugural annual conference designed for Orthodox Young Professionals. 📅 Friday, August 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM - Monday, August 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM BST 📍 Milton Abbey School, Blandford Forum, UK The Orthodox Young Professionals Conference 2024 invites adults, ranging from post formal education (be that post-high school, college or university) within the age bracket of 25-ish to 47 years old. While the event is primarily tailored for Eastern Orthodox individuals, it is open to anyone respectful of our Church's values and teachings. If you fall out of the proposed age-bracket - please contact us! The central theme of our inaugural conference is ‘A Living Sacrifice’. Through captivating discussions and presentations led by four esteemed speakers, attendees will have the chance to enrich their faith, reflect on their spiritual journey, and establish meaningful connections within the Orthodox community. This is a residential all-inclusive weekend which promises fellowship, organized activities, walks, and immersion in the liturgical cycle. It's a time for rest, rejuvenation, and enjoyment. Ticket prices for a full pass (whole event Friday to Monday) single room are £330, and for a shared room, £310 per person. Partial Residential Passes are from £180 for 1 night and 2 days, £245 are for 2 Nights and 3 days. Day Passes are £95 and Half-day Passes £70. (Partial passes are for shared rooms) All rooms will be allocated in single-sex boarding houses. Financial assistance is available for those in need it.
