Source: Father David To all brothers and sisters in Christ! The Greek Orthodox Church of St. Charalambos in Luton is committed to serving the needs of all ages in our community. A new initiative of our church will be a fortnightly senior citizens' luncheon club, starting on 3 September 2024 at 11.30 am. The membership fee will be £3.00 per session; therefore £6.00 will be payable in advance per month. A free lunch will be included. The club will be run between 11:30am to 2:00pm. This is a new project, and more details will be published in due time. Watch this space! PS If someone wishes to sponsor a meal for the senior citizens club, please contact Fr David or a member of the church council. Such a gesture can be made either in memory of someone deceased or for the living (e.g. to mark someone's birthday, wedding anniversary, name day etc).
